Work by Seok-Jun Chang featured on the MPA webpage
Work by former group member Seok-Jun Chang has been featured on the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics (MPA) website: https://www.mpa-garching.mpg.de/1147117/hl202605
The MPA highlight, titled “Radiative Transfer Shapes Hydrogen Lines in Little Red Dots”, presents results on how resonance, Raman, and Thomson scattering shape hydrogen emission lines in Little Red Dots and discusses the implications for interpreting these systems.
The featured work is based on the paper by Seok-Jun Chang, Max Gronke, Jorryt Matthee, and Charlotte Mason on hydrogen line formation in Little Red Dots.
